Welcome to Espoon teatteri! Espoo Theatre's programme is built on our own productions and co-productions (3-5 per year), as well as domestic and international guest performances (15-20 per year). Our performance season typically runs from September to May, with no performances held during the summer.
Venues
The theatre has two stages in Espoo's Tapiola district, approximately 1 km apart and around 10 km from the center of Helsinki:
Espoon teatteriRevontuli (Revontulentie 8, Espoo) serves as the venue for our own productions. For our own productions, we hire specific artistic personnel on a production basis.
Espoon teatteriLouhi, located in Espoo Cultural Centre (Kulttuuriaukio 2, Espoo), is the venue for our guest performances. The Cultural Centre is owned by the City of Espoo, and we lease the stage to accommodate our guest performances.
