We look forward to welcoming you to Espoo City Theatre! To ensure that we are providing a safe environment for all, additional protocols are in place.
Physical distancing in the auditorium
For all performances in the autumn season, only a strictly limited number of seats is in use. We are not currently using numbered seats. Kindly inform our ushers should you require a wheelchair seat or the use of a hearing induction loop.
Card payments in the cafeteria
Our cafeteria currently accepts card payments only. No cash transactions are accepted. Kindly observe social distancing during intermission.
Free programmes
To avoid unnecessary queuing, we will be handing out copies of the programme, free of charge, to everyone.
No coat check service
You are welcome to take your coat with you to the auditorium or, if travelling by car, you may wish to leave your coat or jacket in your vehicle.
Good hand hygiene, clean surfaces
We have enhanced our cleaning routines and all high-touch surfaces are disinfected regularly. We have also installed hand sanitiser stations for your use. Help prevent the spread of germs by maintaining good hand hygiene at all times.
Stay home if you are feeling ill – tickets can be exchanged
We are committed to ensuring our staff exercises overabundance of caution by staying home even if they display only mild symptoms. We kindly request you do the same, and we want to make it as effortless as possible to do so. During the autumn season, should you fall ill, you may exchange your ticket to a later date simply by calling us on 09 4393 388 no later than two (2) hours before showtime.
Face masks
We do recommend you to wear a face mask during your visit. Please, bring your own masks.
