We invite you to be a part of our team! We are looking for an accountant to ensure the smooth functioning of financial management in our theatre. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the realization of unique performances and strengthen the theatre's position in the field of performing arts.

Who you are: You are an accountant with several years of practical experience in accounting and other financial tasks. You have a relevant degree in business administration or financial management and possess a strong proficiency in accounting. You excel in working independently and efficiently, and you bring a flexible and open-minded attitude.

What awaits you: You will be responsible for the theatre's accounting and accounts payable. Your tasks will include recording income and expenses, financial statements, handling invoices, as well as managing tax-related matters and financial reporting. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in various other financial management tasks. Currently, we use DL Software, and we are preparing for a transition to electronic accounting. The position starts as a part-time, fixed-term employment at 70% workload (25 hours per week) for the spring season. Starting from the autumn season, the position will become full-time. The remuneration follows the collective labour agreement for theatre, and we offer a range of employee benefits. The theatre’s working language is Finnish. However, the role does not require fluent language skills in Finnish.
