Would you like to improve your job-hunting skills in a group?
This is an invitation to attend workshops that will allow you to learn and try out useful job seeking skills in a supportive environment. The workshops are delivered by Employment Espoo, City of Espoo Cultural Unit, and us. The workshops are aimed at women who have come to live in Finland.
The group members will be your peers; women exploring the job market. It the meetings, you will gain concrete skills to find employment in Finland. The workshops have been created in cooperation with Koske, the Competence Centre for Highly Educated Immigrants, and a peer group of experts. In these workshops we will all meet as equals.
What are the workshops good for?
The workshops are all about learning through discussion and various exercises. Drama is there to inspire and assist us throughout.
At the workshops:

▪️ You can practice your job interview skills
▪️ You will learn how to manage your potential interview anxiety
▪️ You will learn to communicate confidence and self-assurance throughout the job seeking process

▪️ You will become more confident in your job hunt and possess a set of concrete skills tailored to your personal situation
No previous experience of theatre or acting is required. We look forward to welcoming you!
At all our meetings, both Finnish and English will be used – you only need to know one of the two languages.
