Payment methods
We accept cash, payment cards, and various cultural vouchers as forms of payment. For group tickets, you also have the option to pay by invoice.
Payment methods
Accepted methods of payment for Espoon teatteri Espoo Theatre performances include:
• Cash
• Debit and credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard)
• Espoon teatteri Espoo Theatre gift card
• Lippupiste gift card
As well as cultural benefits:
• Smartum cultural vouchers and card, and Smartum Pay
• Edenred Virikeseteli
• Tyky kuntoseteli
• ePassi
Tickets must be collected within two weeks of the reservation. If the performance is less than two weeks away, the collection will be arranged on a case-by-case basis. Purchased tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except in the event of a canceled performance. In this case, tickets can be exchanged for another show or refunded within one month of the cancellation, upon presentation of the ticket. The theatre does not cover other expenses.
Reserved tickets can be collected not only from the theatre's ticket office but also from all Lippu.fi sales points and R-kiosks using the reservation code. At Lippu.fi, there is a delivery fee of 2 € per transaction, and at R-kiosks, an additional fee of 1 € is added to the delivery fee.
Kaikukortti
We're taking part in the Kaikukortti initiative. If you possess a Kaikukortti card, you can reserve and acquire a complimentary admission ticket for yourself. You can also obtain a ticket for a child under 16 years old within your family to the same performance you are attending. With the Kaikukortti, you can obtain tickets for our performances held at Espoon teatteriRevontuli.
Kaikukortti tickets can be purchased or reserved no earlier than 4 weeks before the performance date. When acquiring tickets using the Kaikukortti at the Espoon teatteri ticket office, there are no service fees. However, if you choose to obtain tickets at a Lippu.fi service point, a service fee of 2 euros will apply.
Espoon teatteri Gift vouchers
Gift for the one who has everything? An evening at the theatre is always a good surprise. There are two types of gift vouchers available:
Gift Voucher with a Custom Amount
Buy a gift voucher at the theatre box office. The recipient can use it to purchase theatre tickets according to their preference. This voucher can also be used as payment for interval refreshments at Espoon teatteriRevontuli hotspot, Bar Juoru!
Online Gift Voucher
A self-printable gift voucher with a customizable amount (5–500 €), allowing the recipient to buy tickets for our shows from the Lippu.fi online store. Please note: the online gift voucher is not valid at the Espoon teatteri box office, Lippu.fi service points, or as payment for interval refreshments.
Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase. The value of the gift voucher cannot be credited after its expiration, and they are non-refundable. Espoon teatteri Espoo Theatre and Lippu.fi are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift vouchers. In case an event for which the gift voucher has been used is canceled, the tickets can be exchanged for another show or the value of the tickets can be refunded to the account, depending on the situation.
